Clint is the Managing Partner at Peterson Partners. Peterson Partners is an independent investment firm based in Salt Lake City, UT, with funds in venture capital, private equity, and search. Under Clint’s leadership, the firm has grown to over $1.4B in AUM, 30 professionals, and over 100 portfolio companies.
Prior to Peterson Partners, Clint was a Senior Principal with TowerBrook Capital Partners in New York, an investment firm with approximately $8B AUM. Before working with TowerBrook, Clint was an Associate at Soros Private Equity in London. Clint has served on over 30 boards of growing companies, where he coaches and advises high-performing management teams. Clint earned a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
David Lockwood joined Packsize as CEO in 2024, with over three decades of experience in business, academia, and government. From 2012 through 2018, David served as CEO of Energy Solutions and from 2019 through 2021 as their Executive Chairman. Before Energy Solutions, David was Chairman and CEO of Liberate Technologies, CEO of Intertrust, and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs.
David has served on over twenty public and private company boards of directors, including Steinway Musical Instruments and Forbes. He has also served on several non-profit boards, including the Exploratorium, a San Francisco-based museum dedicated to science education, and USTAR, the Utah Science Technology and Research Initiative. David has been a lecturer at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and from 2019 to 2021, he was a senior advisor to the US Secretary of Energy.
David is the author of four books: Fooled by the Winners, Outplayed, Confused by the Odds, and Rightsizing Nations. David has written extensively on politics and history, including the importance of developing new technologies to combat climate change. He is married with three children and resides in Utah.
A fifth-generation innovator born in Germany, Hanko Kiessner founded Packsize alongside his wife, Laura, with a vision to reimagine the potential of packaging. Hanko followed in his father’s footsteps by working with the leading German Z-Fold corrugated supplier and later experimenting with Right-Sized Packaging on Demand® in Herford, Germany.
Today, Hanko is an advocate for sustainable practices in packaging and beyond. He is passionate about reducing waste, protecting the environment, and making the planet a better place.
In addition to being a Founder at Packsize, Hanko co-founded Leaders for Clean Air—a non-profit organization dedicated to improving Utah's air quality—in 2015 and is responsible for Salt Lake City’s largest solar panel-covered rooftop and EV charger installation, which is among the largest in the state.
Niklas Pettersson is the co-founder of the Swedish company Emsize AB, which later became Packsize Technologies AB. Niklas has spent the last 25+ years growing and developing the Packsize solution portfolio with numerous innovations and patents related to packaging machines and processes. As Chief Scientist, he is currently leading the efforts to research and develop the next product generations of Right-Sized Packaging on Demand®.
Niklas is educated in Sweden and Germany and holds a Master of Science degree in innovation and machine design. He currently resides in Sweden, but has spent time in Utah supporting the growing business in the USA.
Niklas has always been passionate about using technology to provide optimal solutions for industrial and packaging challenges. Working at a company where sustainability is a priority, he also gets to support his other passion in life—the beauty of nature. Niklas enjoys living and spending time outdoors together with family and friends.
Rowland Moriarty is currently Chairman and CEO of Cubex Corporation. He is also Chairman Emeritus of Charles River Associates International (CRAI/NASDAQ), and Chairman Emeritus of Wright Express Corporation (WSX/NYSE). He previously served as Director of Staples, Inc. (SPLS/NASDAQ – Founding Director), Virtusa Corporation (VRTU/NASDAQ), Trammell Crow Company (NYSE), and Capital American Inc. (NYSE). In addition to his public company Boards, he has served as a Director of twelve privately held companies. He currently serves as a Director of Packsize Corp. in Utah and Project Lift in Florida.
From 1981 to 1992, Rowland Moriarty was a Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. During his eleven years on the faculty, he taught a variety of marketing courses in both the Executive and MBA programs.
Rowland Moriarty has authored or co-authored over forty publications on the subject of B2B marketing. His research on the issue of “Going to Market” resulted in the two best-selling Harvard Business Review articles, “Managing Hybrid Marketing Systems,” and “Automation to Boost Sales and Marketing.” His articles have been published in the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Marketing Research, the Sloan Management Review, and the Journal of Business Research. He has authored or co-authored three books on the subject of business-to-business marketing.
Rowland Moriarty received his Doctorate in Marketing from Harvard University in 1980. Prior to entering the Doctoral Program, he held a variety of marketing and sales management positions at Xerox Corporation and IBM Corporation. He also holds an MBA in marketing from the Wharton School and a B.A. in biological sciences from Rutgers University.
Sujeet Chand is a strategic leader, entrepreneur, and board member with a deep perspective on industrial technology, market trends, and technical innovation. From 2005 to his retirement in 2021, he served as the SVP and CTO at Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and software. His leadership at Rockwell was instrumental in transforming the company into a technology company and driving business growth through innovative product platforms, a world-class partner ecosystem, and engineering best practices.
He serves on the Boards of three public companies – Flowserve (FLS), Proto Labs (PRLB), and Veeco (VECO). His relentless focus on making a difference for customers by helping them achieve greater productivity and sustainability earned him numerous recognitions, such as the SME’s prestigious Eugene Merchant Medal (2019), top 100 Industrial IoT Influencers (2018), and 30 Visionaries of the World in Advanced Manufacturing (2016). He currently holds 63 patents and has published more than 75 technical papers in research journals and conferences.
Sujeet earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in electrical and computer engineering and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida.
